About Me:

Just launched a new website: www.ZinksTreats.com
I invite you to check out that aspect of my life.
I admitted my powerlessness over alcohol in 1996 and have been on a truly rewarding spiritual path since then. My blog reflects this with a daily message of Experience , Strength and Hope designed not only for the benefit of those who might read it but mostly to keep me centered in the program and ever mindful that I too am only one drink away from oblivion.
Check out this link if you are considering taking action to quit drinking.

There is a place, so deep inside, where I can go, but not to hide,
A place of peace, serenity, for no one else, for only me,
My God and I go there to chat, I find there joy, just knowing that,
Whenever I abide me there, I find my strength and hope to share.
After seven years in retail with ACE hardware, I quit and have gone back to school. At 58, going on thirteen, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Production. My thrust is toward scenic design-technical theatre, though I am drawn to the performing aspects of the craft as well. In fact I have had a great deal of succs as a performer this past year and a half. I have applied at the University of Arizona and with the School of Fine Arts at UA and have scheduled an audition for February 21, hoping to become a member of the Arizona Repertory Theatre Company.
I will not get to the end of my journey harboring a regret that I had not taken the path of my passion.
Productions under my belt thus far on this new leg of a spiritual journey,
